To purchase additional Traffic monitoring cameras and maintenance for the purposes of the Council's enforcement of the air quality provisions mandated by the UK government under the National Air Quality Plan for Nitrogen Dioxide. The total number of required cameras is not currently known but the anticipated expenditure (not including civil works) is between 1.3m GBP and 1.9m GBP.
