Essex County Council is looking to implement a workforce management system across its customer services function, notably its contact centre, libraries and registration services. Further options are being considered to include business services, schools administration and coroners. We are asking the market for information on what they currently provide to their customers with respect workforce management systems. A short questionnaire is available from andrew.beaver@essex.gov.uk and response should be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday 8.4.2019. Those who provide evidence that they can meet our mandatory requirements will be invited to demonstrate/display to members of the customer services function. Meetings will be arranged with interested parties after 10.4.2019 and an agenda will be provided with invitations. Procurement of a workforce management system.
