Tender description

The following security/guarding services are being tendered by the City Council in order to set up a call off framework for a period of 4 years, on the basis of 2+1+1 years. Service providers may apply for One Lot or as many Lots as they choose to consider. Lot 1a - City Centre- Static Guarding Lot 1b - City Wide – Static Guarding Lot 2 - Events (to include door supervision) Lot 3 – Mobile Patrols Lot 4 - Taxi Marshalling The following security/guarding services are being tendered by the City Council in order to set up a call off framework for a period of 4 years, on the basis of 2+1+1 years. Service providers may apply for One Lot or as many Lots as they choose to consider. Lot 1a - City Centre- Static Guarding - to appoint a single provider for this planned static guarding service. The following security/guarding services are being tendered by the City Council in order to set up a call off framework for a period of 4 years, on the basis of 2+1+1 years. Service providers may apply for One Lot or as many Lots as they choose to consider. Lot 2 - Events (to include door supervision)- It is the intention to award up to a maximum of 4 providers to Lot 2- Events and call off will be based on the tender outcome of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender(MEAT) ranking. We will contact the top /first MEAT ranked provider for the lot to determine availability, and go to the next one until the requirements can be met. The following security/guarding services are being tendered by the City Council in order to set up a call off framework for a period of 4 years, on the basis of 2+1+1 years. Service providers may apply for One Lot or as many Lots as they choose to consider. Lot 3 – Mobile Patrols - It is the intention to award up to a maximum of 2 providers to Lot 3 - Mobile Patrols and call off will be based on a 50:50 split between the two providers, with locations to be allocated on a rotational basis.
