Tender description

The School is placing their cleaning services to competitive tender and are inviting professional cleaning organisations to bid for the contract with the intention of awarding the contract following due process by 25.1.2019; with a contract start date of 1.2.2019. Below we show the approximate m2 for the site; full site plans and detailed drawings will be made available in the Invitation to Tender (ITT). Approximate building footprint 13 487 m2. The school will require PM cleaning in the main with limited AM cleaning plus a day janitor working from 10:30 am until 14:30 pm. ‘Cleaning Time Windows’ will be detailed in the ITT. A separate optional quotation for external window cleaning will also be required.
