Brief Description of Requirement:- UK Research and Innovation are looking to tender the Reception Services at the British Geological Survey. The business requirement is for two part-time posts to undertake receptionist duties at The Lyell Centre in Edinburgh, located on the Heriot-Watt University campus. Working hours are Monday to Friday, as follows:- • Post 1 - 08:00 - 12:30 (22.5 hours) • Post 2 - 12:30 - 17:00 (22.5 hours) Staff must be computer literate including MS Office Packages, possess appropriate communication skills and have experience in front line customer service. They must have excellent organisational and time management skills, including an ability to multi-task and prioritise duties. Smart casual clothing should be worn by the reception staff without branding. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement.
