Bron Afon Community Housing Ltd ('Bron Afon') is seeking a suitable qualified, skilled and experienced contractor to deliver replacement roofs and roofing line refurbishment works for two (2) projects within the Torfaen County Borough. Project 1 – New Inn This project involves the replacement of failing and deteriorated roofs to forty-three (43) properties located in the New Inn area of Pontypool. The properties include traditionally built; 2 storey end terraced, mid terraced, semi-detached and detached houses and semi-detached and detached bungalows. Project 2 – Perthy Close This project involves refurbishment to roof line elements (renewing Fascia’s, soffits, guttering and Eaves level roof works) to thirty (30) properties located in Perthy Close, Holybush, Cwmbran. The properties comprise of a variety of traditionally built end-terraced and mid-terraced houses and flats. The two projects will form the subject of separate JCT Contracts but Tendering Organisations must submit a tender for both projects as part of this procurement process and commit to delivering all works.
