Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) is seeking an experienced and established pharmaceutical provider to supply and dispense pharmaceutical medicines, medication or medicinal products. Lot 1: Description of procurement: — medicine procurement and distribution, including Controlled Drugs (CDs), ward and patient supplies, patient packs required for supply against relevant Patient Group Directions (PGDs), — storage and return of medicines, — dispensing and supply of medicines, — specialist monitoring: Clozapine, — supply of clinical trial medications, — medicines information, — formulary and stock management, — financial management information medicine expenditure reporting, — out-of-hours clinical and supply arrangements, — ordering, storage and supply of childhood and adult vaccines, — HIV medicines, — support for general health and wellbeing initiatives, for example smoking cessation. Additional information — market engagement: Prior to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) being released on the OJEU site, interested providers will have the opportunity to engage in discussions with the Trust as an awareness, communication and information gathering exercise, offering an opportunity for the provider and Trust to discuss how these services may be delivered.
