Tenant home contents insurance provision. We require a comprehensive tenant home contents insurance cover that will: — Cover the entirety of the Beyond Housing footprint, — Allow for premiums to begin from between 4 000 GBP to 6 000 GBP, — Ensure a good standard of standard home contents cover, — Deliver commission to the Beyond Housing company, — Allow for additional cover to be added i.e. personal belongings, wheelchairs, accidental damage etc., — Allow for a marketing budget to be utilised to improve numbers on the scheme.
