Tender description

The contracting authority is seeking to appoint a supplier or suppliers who can supply Pharmacy Automation, including but not limited to; Ward Automation, Full Pack Robots, Unit Dose Robots, Secured Controlled access system, Prescription Payment Kiosks, Medication Dispensing Carts, Aseptic Compounding Software and Innovative Pharmacy technology solutions and systems. The current intention is to run this opportunity as a dynamic purchasing system (DPS), however the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub reserves the right to review this prior to publishing the Contract Notice. While it is currently expected that this DPS will be divided into lots, the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub reserves the right to not use lots. Further clarification on the lotting structure will be published in the Contract Notice and the tender documents. The Authority intends to apply an appropriate technical threshold and award bidders meeting this threshold to the DPS on an unranked basis. As part of its pre-tender strategy, East of England Collaborative Procurement Hub would also like to engage with suppliers of these products via a Request for Information (RFI). If you would like to complete the Request for Information document in respect of the products which are the subject of this procurement, then please register your expression of interest. The Request for Information document will then be sent via email. Applicants will then have 4 weeks from the dispatch of this notice to complete and return the request for information document. The Authority is seeking expressions of interest and any comments on the information presented in this PIN to pharmacy@eoecph.nhs.uk by 17:00 on Monday 08.4.2019.
