Tender description

Aston University invites you to submit a tender for the delivery of mobile and landline communications. The University currently has single service provider delivering both mobile and landline communications and is looking to continue the provision of these services under a single service contract. There is a constant drive for modernising and automating transactional services within the University and the need to provide both managers and employees with the ability to access and manage their own data and processes through a moderated “authorised” and supported approach. The University is therefore seeking to contract with an organisation that must be able to provide a package solution (based on a shared bundle of minutes, texts and data), to meet the functional requirements listed under “Scope of the Contract”. The University wishes to enter into a single contract for the supply of these goods and services.
