Orbit is seeking to appoint a preferred partner to enter into contract to drive our Strategic Land ambitions. This tender opportunity is being run via the e-procurement portal “Procontract” available via www.housingprocurement.com. Suppliers will need to be registered on the portal (free of charge) to view all documentation and submit a bid. All project related queries will need to be communicated through the portal. Orbit is seeking to appoint a preferred partner to enter into contract to drive our Strategic Land ambitions; identifying strategic opportunities that are presently neither allocated nor consented in the local plan process yet have a strong opportunity within a 7–10 year time of being so if well promoted and securing these opportunities with land owners for Orbit-ideally under option. Our chosen partner will then drive the promotion process (recognising and managing any reputational risk to Orbit) to achieve the targeted consent.
