This is a Prior Information Notice of the courts service intention to run a procurement later this year for a new ICT Managed service Provision. The service provision will include the below services: — service desk services, — desktop operating systems and productivity software, — thin client and application virtualisation support, — network management, — application software support, — Unix and Database support, — security services, — disaster recovery services, — hardware server support. — enterprise mobility services for a range of mobile devices In the previous such procurement, the tender comprised 4 lots including Managed ICT Services, WAN and security services, Lotus Notes, Oracle, Unix and Biztalk administration. The breakout into lots for the upcoming tender has not been finalised. It is anticipated that the RFT will issue in quarter 3 this year with a view to having the procurement complete, contract agreed and transition finalised in time for a commencement in May 2020.
