HO0781 - Grounds Maintenance at Needham House, Devizes

Tender description

Wiltshire Council has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance at Needham House, Extra Care Scheme in Devizes. General upkeep and tidying of the communal gardens, to include, but not be limited to: • Grass Cutting (cut fortnightly from 1st April to 31st October. Ad hoc in the winter months) • Weeding and tidying of all flower beds and borders • Hedge cutting - minimum of 2 cuts per year • Pruning of any low level branches • Clearing and cleaning of paths • Weeding communal patios (by the lounge areas and at the bottom of fire exits) • Sweep refuse area, car park and the alley between the building and refuse store • To pressure wash refuse area (4 times per year) • Ensure bottom of drain pipes do not become blocked with garden debris • Ensure no invasive plants take root in the gardens • Plant replacement as required • Replacement of top soil and bark as required shire Council has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance at Needham House, Extra Care Scheme in Devizes.
