This procurement is for an outright purchase, to include delivery and installation of the required fork lift truck and charging unit, the required maintenance for a period of 3 years and staff training for 4 staff in the safe operation of the equipment. • Procurement and delivery of a suitable fork lift, ideally before end March 2019 if this is available , eg; ex-stock • Delivery and fitting of specified mast (if this is supplied separately) • Installation of charging unit • Training of 4 staff to operate the equipment in order to meet statutory health and safety requirements • Establish routine service and maintenance for the equipment a period of three years. Basic description of fork lift truck: - 3-wheeled battery operated forklift - Ride-on - Operator guard - Solid wheels (super-elastic tyres) - Oil immersion brakes - Overhead operator guard. • See ITQ document for full technical requirements Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement.
