Tender description
NWUPC has a requirement to establish a Framework Agreement for cleaning equipment supply and maintenance for the following organisations: NWUPC https://www.nwupc.ac.uk/our-members APUC http://www.apuc-scot.ac.uk/#!/members HEPCW http://www.hepcw.ac.uk/about-us-2/ LUPC https://www.lupc.ac.uk/member-list NEUPC http://www.neupc.ac.uk/our-members SUPC https://www.supc.ac.uk/about-us/our-members/our-members CPC https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/members/ This Framework Agreement will commence on 1.3.2019 for an initial period until 28.2.2021 with the option to extend until 28.2.2022 and a further possible extension until 28.2.2023 subject to satisfactory economic operator performance. This framework will be split into twelve (12) lots; a single (1) lot for cleaning equipment supply and eleven (11) regional lots for cleaning equipment maintenance, please see below for the regional lot breakdown. The tenderer can apply for a single lot or for multiple lots. NWUPC is seeking to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement on behalf of the members of NWUPC, APUC, NEUPC, HEPCW, LUPC, SUPC and CPC for cleaning equipment supply and maintenance. Lot 1 cleaning equipment supply includes, but is not limited to, the following scope: — the supply of cleaning machines for commercial and professional use in Institutions including but not limited to: scrubber-dryers walk behind, scrubber-dryers ride-on, sweeper-scrubbers, sweepers walk-behind, ride-on sweepers, steamers, carpet extractors/upholstery cleaners, floor burnishers/single disc machines, vacuum (upright, tub, backpack), pressure washers, high level cleaning equipment, gum removal equipment and other cleaning equipment as appropriate for commercial and professional use, — the supply of associated accessories, parts and consumables, — the provision of training and product support to Institutional staff for cleaning equipment. This Framework Agreement will commence on 1.3.2019 for an initial period of 24 months until 28.2.2021 with the option to extend the Agreement for 12 months until 28.2.2022 and a further 12 months until 28.2.2023 subject to satisfactory Economic operator performance. The Tenderer can apply for a single lot or for multiple lots.
