Tender description

In August 2019 Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council will produce the dlr Bay 10k Road Race & family Fun run (for details on 2018 event see www.dlrbay10k.ie). The race will take place on Bank Holiday Monday 5th August 2019. The route of the race is around Dun Laoghaire, Monkstown, Glenageary, Sandycove & Glasthule; the main control centre will be based in Dún Laoghaire. It is anticipated that the race will have in the region of 1,600 participants. Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown wishes to engage a high quality, professional and committed Event Management Company (EMC) to assist in the production, delivery and presentation of the race. The EMC will act as project managers for all aspects for the delivery of the Race.
