Tender description

There is an opportunity for the TIES Partners (NWR, HS2, TfL, DfT, HE) to benchmark, compare and learn from one another at an organisational and programme delivery level using EFQM. Presently, the TIES partners have no simple mechanism in place to compare performance against one another, or with organisations in other sectors, so they can use this intelligence drive collective continuous learning around programme and organisational delivery. We tend to look inwards rather than outwards for solutions. EFQM has been used for several decades by prominent multinational companies to drive up performance and research suggests a strong correlation between its adoption and increased performance and profit levels. To demonstrate proof of concept, DfT will subscribe to EFQM membership on behalf of TIES for Year 1.
