West Lothian Council are seeking information on potential sites and developers for new build council housing in the area. West Lothian Council is interested in working with appropriately skilled and experienced landowners who can construct housing to the Council's specification on their own land within West Lothian. The council seeks to understand which developers are interested in such an opportunity, and in particular details of your available sites and whether they would be subject to Section 75 land transfer for affordable housing. This exercise may help to inform the requirement for, and the nature of a further procurement exercise. Any potential procurement exercise may be influenced by, for example, the level of interest noted and the size of sites available to the Council.
