Tender description

Southampton City Council (SCC) has awarded contracts for an integrated drug and alcohol recovery service that enables both the recovery and subsequent social inclusion of its users. An adult substance use disorder treatment service for ages 25 years and over (to include alcohol, opiate and non-opiates and other drugs such as prescribed medication, novel psychoactive substances and image and performance enhancing drugs) which will provide both medical and psychosocial interventions. The young people’s substance misuse service (for people up to the age of 24 years) will provide care co-ordination, and psycho-social interventions and space and support for medical interventions which will be provided by the adults service.
