Cleaning Tender in Respect of Portchester Community School You are invited to submit costings for a three year Cleaning Contract for the provision of Cleaning Services in respect of Portchester Community School. The successful company will be required to enter into a contract with the School in due course, based on the enclosed documents. The School does not bind itself to accept the lowest offer, and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the offer. Your Tender should be submitted to the school by 2.00pm on 24th April 2019. A Site Visit has been arranged for 12:30pm on 28 th March 2019. Please confirm if you will be attending. Due diligence meetings for those who have been short-listed will be held on 15 th May 2019 Please note this contract will not include a retrospective rebate, this should be reflected in your costings.
