Tender description

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) has a mission to play a leading role in transforming Ireland into a society based on sustainable energy structures, technologies and practices. SEAI required assistance in planning for the future in areas of sustainable energy policy advice and implementation during a period of testing and piloting new models of delivery to the home retrofit market. The objective of this RFT was to invite proposals from suitably qualified service providers with specific skills required by SEAI in the area of market research. The RFT is split into two separate lots. SEAI intended to establish a framework under lot 1 and appoint one suitably qualified service provider; and establish a separate framework under lot 2 and appoint three competent, qualified service providers for market research services. This RFT is divided into 2 lots: Lot 1: Framework for the Provision of Market Research Services Lot 2: Framework for the Provision of Consumer Research Analysis and Intervention Design. Award criteria: 1) Demonstrated understanding of subject area & requirements (Min:12, Max:20). 2) Range & depth of tenderer's previous relevant experience with regard to subject area (Min:12, Max:20). 3) Relevant experience of the proposed individual resources to be applied to the project (Min:12, Max:20). 4) Cost of service, 40 mrks.
