Oxford City Council (the Council) is looking to award a contract for commercial and domestic asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys including voids across its housing stock. The services required may also include the following: — airborne fibre monitoring for asbestos removal identified within the surveys where applicable, — asbestos management surveys for external elements of domestic stock to a planned programme of works, — provision of annual asbestos awareness training in 2 half day training sessions for relevant staff, — re-inspection surveys of asbestos containing materials in domestic and commercial properties.
