Tender description

This piece of work requires an external supporting consultancy team of up to 6 persons. A large part is for the temporary installation across the city of 40 cameras to count traffic, the types of traffic and their engine types through Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) on major routes into the city centre for a one week period. Other work includes for the revision and updating of the current Liverpool City Region Transportation model. Of the overall work associated with the city wide study, 75% is in relation to transportation data collection and modelling, and 25% is for Air Quality monitoring and modelling.
