Tender description
Thank you to all who attended the Young Persons Support and Accommodation Stakeholder Event on 23rd January 2019 and thank you for completing the feedback forms, it is greatly appreciated. As agreed on the day, please find attached the presentation slides, the collated feedback from the table exercise, answers to all questions asked and a further consent form. One of the requests from the feedback forms was to share all attendees details, however we do require your consent to do this. Therefore if you are in agreement to share your details and you haven’t already done so, please return the attached consent form or my email to RESAdultsHealth.Category@leeds.gov.uk Thereafter, the council will share the contact list with the organisations who have responded only.
