Tender description
Transport for West Midlands (TfWM) is seeking an expert panel of individuals to provide advice on transport modelling. The appointed experts with have either a proven cross-disciplinary track record of thought leadership in transport, land use and human behaviour modelling; or a deep understanding a particular relevant topic within this. The panel will be commissioned to meet periodically during the year to guide what will be a radical change to the way the West Midlands undertakes its transport and land use modelling, as well as for specific client advice, ranging from deep technical specifications to assisting with the writing of briefs for model development; and/or for modelling applications for specific schemes or assessments.
