The provision of Health and Safety Training

Tender description

The provision of Health and Safety Training Bolsover District Council and North East Derbyshire District Councils wish to jointly procure a suite of Health & Safety training courses. These will be delivered across three years on a 1+1+1 basis. Each Council will have a budget of ?8,000 per annum - totalling ?16,000pa - and these will be controlled centrally by the Joint Health & Safety Service. Training will be delivered on the Council sites as agreed with the Joint Health & Safety Service and the training will consist of 8 'category lots' comprising the following: 1. Asbestos - Category A, Category B, Category B Refresher and Asbestos Duty Holder Responsibilities 2. Fire Warden Responsibilities and Duties 3. First Aid - Full course (3 days), Refresher (2 days), Emergency First Aid (1 day) 4. Ladder & Stepladder use and inspection 5. Legionella Awareness and Duty Holder Responsibilities 6. Lone Working Awareness 7. Manual Handling - Job Specific 8. Sharps Awareness
