Tender description

This procurement is for the supply of new saloon seat bases, and the refurbishment of saloon seat back and perch seats for the London Underground Piccadilly Line (1973TS) Rolling Stock. A goods and services contract is sought over a 24-month period in accordance with a pre-agreed schedule of delivery with an option for the contracting entity to extend for a further 24 months. Applicants expressing an interest will be required to complete and submit a supplier selection questionnaire via the TfL eTendering System. The contracting entity shall select applicants to receive invitations to tender in accordance with objective selection criteria as detailed in the supplier selection documents. The contract will be awarded in-line with the award criteria. Lot 1: A goods and services contract is sought over a 24-month period in accordance with a pre-agreed schedule of delivery with an option for the contracting entity to extend for a further 24 months. For further information please refer to the procurement documentation. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT). TfL invites suppliers interested in tendering TfL-01313 Piccadilly Line Supply of New/Refurbished Saloon Seating to complete the following supplier selection questionnaire documents: — standard selection questionnaire parts 1 and 2, — supplier selection questionnaire part 3. Tenderers are reminded to sign all declarations in parts 1, 2 and 3 of the supplier selection questionnaire documents. The deadline for submission of the supplier selection documents is 11.4.2019, 12:00 noon.
