LUPC, acting as the Consortium, is working with the other Universities Purchasing Consortia (UPCs) listed below, and their respective Member Institutions, to establish a National Framework Agreement for the Provision of an eProcurement System across England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland: London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) http://www.lupc.ac.uk/list-of-members.html Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) https://www.supc.ac.uk/about-us/our-members/our-members North East Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) http://www.neupc.ac.uk/our-members North West Universities Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC) http://www.nwupc.ac.uk/our-members Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges (APUC) http://www.apuc-scot.ac.uk/#!/members Higher Education Purchasing Consortium Wales (HEPCW) http://www.hepcw.ac.uk/ Ensemble Purchasing http://www.ensemblepurchasing.ac.uk/about-us.php The service to be provided is an eProcurement System, which is broken down into multiple modules and has a complete solution option. The modules are as follows: — eTendering, — eEvaluation, — eAuction, — DPS, — eContract Management. This procurement also includes the transfer of data from the Buying organisation's incumbent eProcurement System and post-implementation services of training, consultancy and customer support. Suppliers will be required to be compliant with ISO20071 and GDPR 2018.
