Soft Market Testing Questionnaire - Orientation Programme for Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC)

Tender description

Oxfordshire County Council currently commissions an Orientation and Induction programme for newly arriving Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children and the existing contract is coming to an end, so the service requires recommissioning. It is important to ensure that a newly commissioned service reflects current need and this project included a service review so that the service could be shaped to meet current and future need. We have drafted a specification to reflect some of our new requirements which includes geographical flexibility around delivery, reduced programme delivery during the summer holiday period and some flexibility for young people to repeat information sessions as required. We would like to ask for feedback/views on the following areas: • The first draft specification. • The budget available for these services. • How attractive the future tender might be to prospective providers.
