In order provide manned guarding for Rochdale Borough Council main office building where the ground floor of the building is open to members of the public and holds public meetings out of hours on the first floor. There are high risk safeguarding and social worker meetings held on the ground floor as well as licencing services. Green Lane Depot is the base for Rochdale BC’s Environmental Management Department and comprises staff offices, vehicle workshops, warehouse and car parking areas.
