School cleaning services

Tender description

Medway Commercial Group Ltd on behalf of schools in and around the Medway area is seeking applications from suitably qualified and interested contractors to be included on the framework for the provision of school building cleaning. The Contracting Authority will award contracts via a call-off process for the provision of single sites, Multi-Academy Trusts (MAT) or small groups of schools to a framework member via a mini-competition process. The proposed framework will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years and will have the option to extend for a further year. This Framework Agreement allows a Contracting Authority to call-off the provision of services by placing an order with the contractor, which shall form a separate service contract.
