Tender description

To manage and carry out external envelope works to residential (mixed tenure) properties throughout the Renfrewshire locale. The Council is looking for sole contractor to cover the following requirements: — external wall insulation, — render works, — cavity wall insulation, — hard to treat cavity wall insulation, — loft/rafter/room in roof insulation, — internal wall insulation, — flat roof insulation, — floor insulation, — domestic windows and doors, — roof works, — mechanical ventilation, — solar panels.
