Tender description

You are invited to tender for the generation of interferon stimulated gene expression libraries in pig and chicken and further cloning into a Lentivirus construct including all associated quality control processes. We would supply sequence data for between 400-500 CDS of pig and 400-500 CDS of chicken to be synthesised and cloned into a vector we will provide. Glycerol libraries of the constructs will be generated by the provider in 2 ml tube format and potentially miniprep libraries in the same format.
