Tender description
A Contract for the servicing and maintenance of fire safety equipment. The Contract is for the servicing and maintenance of fire safety equipment installed at a number of Optivo's properties and commercial sites across London and the South East. The Contract will be an interim contract only and will last for a period of 12 months. Following the expiry of the Contract Optivo intend to award a longer term contract for the carrying out of the services. This longer term contract will be competitively tendered.
