Tender description

Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites quotations for the provision of professional services to carry out market research. The Council requires a visitor attraction market research specialist to: Development Phase: a) Review existing user data and intelligence and identify information gaps. b) Design a consultation methodology for users, non-users and stakeholders. Phase 1: c) Carry out the consultation (e.g. surveys onsite and offsite, telephone surveys, focus groups, online surveys). d) Analyse the findings. e) Produce a report on the findings, to include an executive summary and present them to a meeting of key staff by 31/1/2019. Phase 2: f) To repeat the exercise in 2020/21 and compare results against those gained in the initial year and produce a report by 31/1/2021.
