On behalf of Her Majesty's Government (HMG), Department for International Trade (DIT) has a mandate to design and deliver UK participation and activation at Expo 2020 Dubai, which will be the largest attended major world event taking place in 2020. The HR staffing services contract seeks a supplier to provide a fully managed service for the provision of staff resources and associated services at the Dubai Expo 2020 UK Pavilion. The HR Staffing Services contract seeks a supplier to provide a fully managed service for the provision of staff resources and associated services at the Dubai Expo 2020 UK Pavilion. DIT will be holding a supplier engagement event in relation to the proposed HR Staffing Services tender for the UK Pavilion: Date: 20.3.2019 Venue: Dubai Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates Sheikh Zayed Road Al Barsha Dubai Meeting Room: Konference 1 Timing: 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. The aims of these sessions will be: — to welcome any additional views, ideas, suggestions that would improve the specification of requirements for this procurement which are not discussed at the Q&A session of the event, and — for the project team to listen to any additional questions raised. There will be also an opportunity for organisations to meet the project team after the event, as we are intending to hold informal 121 sessions between 12:00 noon and 4:00 p.m. (8 in total). Duration maximum of 30 minutes on a first come first served basis. The appointment list of available meeting slots will be displayed at the entrance to the supplier engagement event. Attendees are asked to complete this appointment list if they wish to attend one of these sessions. Please response to this notice if your organisation wishes to attend this event providing the names of the proposed delegates – maximum of 2 delegates per organisation by midday Tuesday (UAE Time).
