Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group seeks to commission Home Oxygen Service - Assessment and Review and Community Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services for patients registered with a Somerset GP. The procurement is split into two lots so as to provide maximum flexibility to both the Commissioner and Bidders, these are: Lot 1 - Home Oxygen Service - Assessment and Review Lot 2 - Community Pulmonary Rehabilitation The Contract will be for an initial term of 2 years, with an option to extend for any period up to a further 2 years, as defined and at the sole discretion of the Commissioner. Services are scheduled to commence on 01/10/2019. The available budget per annum, exclusive of recoverable VAT is: Lot 1 - Home Oxygen Service - Assessment and Review: £200,000 Lot 2 - Community Pulmonary Rehabilitation: £222,000 This gives a maximum possible contract value for the combined services of £1,688,000 if the full contract term is fulfilled. This procurement is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.
