Tender description

Suffolk County Council are currently out to tender for the provision of Supporting Treatment, Accommodation and Recovery in Suffolk (STARS) This opportunity is available in the “Current Tenders” area of portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation. The deadline date for submissions of the tender is Monday 18.2.2019 at 11:00 am. Please note late returns will not be permitted The deadline for clarification questions is Wednesday 6.2.2019 at 5:00 p.m. which must be generated via the correspondence option on the website. The current STARS contract is due to end on 31.5.2019 and Public Health Suffolk are commissioning a further contract which will enable those people engaged with substance misuse treatment services continued access to suitable and stable accommodation and receive a period of intensive individually tailored support. The support provided must consider the holistic needs of the service user and in particular, focus on and capitalise on their recovery journey. The service will need to work closely with Turning Point and will directly contribute toward Turning Point’s key performance indicator: successful completions of treatment.
