Tender description

A 24 hour, 365 days per year, alarm monitoring service to older Council tenants and leaseholders living within its District. The majority of the Council’s own retirement living housing developments and other designated developments for older people have hard-wired systems installed; one development has a dispersed system. The service is the operation of the alarm monitoring service includes the monitoring of a range of associated Telecare sensors and supporting retirement living managers who are on/off site. Provision of an out of hours repairs service monitoring for Council tenants on an exceptional/occasional basis and an out of hours emergency homelessness placements.
