Grounds Maintenance and Associated Services

Tender description

Trident Group has over 50 years of delivering homes, services and innovation for up to 8 000 people in over 3 400 homes in the Midlands. Trident wish to appoint experienced service provider(s) to undertake grounds maintenance including grass cutting, pruning, maintenance of hedgerows, flowerbeds/borders and shrub bed areas, responsive tree works, leaf clearance, bulk rubbish removal, management of litter bin’s and hardstanding’s at 85 schemes owned by Trident. The opportunity has been divided into 3 lots – Central, North East and South. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B – Tender Requirements and Specification. Trident will utilise bespoke terms and conditions, contracts established following the procurement will run for an initial term of 3 years, extendable for a further term of 2 years. Procurement for housing have been appointed by trident to facilitate this tendering exercise.
