Tender description

Pobl Group are inviting accounting practices with relevant expertise and experience to tender for the post of external auditor to the Group, commencing with the audits of company and Group Financial Statements for the year ended 31.3.2019. The following services will be required by Pobl Group: — annual audit of Pobl Group financial accounts and subsidiary companies, — management letter to all boards as required, — verification and signature of returns to the Welsh Government, tax and other statutory bodies as applicable, — providing lenders with covenant compliance certificate as required, — ad-hoc certifications, for example in respect of grant funded activity, — attendance at AGM (Annual General Meeting), — attendance of at least one Pobl Board and 2 Group Audit and Risk committee meetings, — audit of grant claims where required as a condition of the grant giver.
