Tender description

The National Framework Partnership (NFP) wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for: — lot 1: Hot Water, Booster, Waste Water, Surface Water Pumps and Drainage services, — lot 2: Mixed Commercial Waste Collection Services, including Dry Mixed Recycling and General bulk Waste; and — lot 3: Asbestos Inspection and Monitoring Services for use by the following UK public sector bodies (and any future successors to these organisations): A full list of potential Contracting Authorities can be found here under the most recent file: https://www.ons.gov.uk/economy/nationalaccounts/uksectoraccounts/datasets/publicsectorclassificationguide Lot 1 covers the client’s requirements for planned and responsive maintenance to hot water systems, booster, waste water, surface water pumps and drainage services. The service provider will be contractually bound to provide a 7 day a week, 365/6 days per year breakdown cover, responding to call outs within allocated timescales. Lot 2 is designed to support clients in adhering to the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 for the collection, treatment and the recycling or disposal of: — general waste, — bulk waste, — dry mixed recycling, — confidential waste, — food waste, — office, — building, — clinical waste, — wood, — construction, — rubber, — soil. Lot 3 is designed to meet the client’s legal responsibilities under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, through a specialist contractor, to assist in the management and control of asbestos. The requirement will cover management and refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys, 4-stage clearance testing and other asbestos management services in accordance with HSG 264.
