Tender description

The Regenda Group have appointed service providers for the provision of communal cleaning including window cleaning, pest control and environmental cleans. Regenda will utilise bespoke terms and conditions; contracts awarded may run to a maximum term of 5 years. The estimated contract value across the 3 lots awarded is approximately 113 500 GBP per annum. Procurement for housing have been appointed by the Regenda Group to facilitate this tendering exercise. The Regenda Group have appointed an experienced service provider for the provision of internal cleaning of communal areas, internal and external window cleaning and gutter cleans across properties owned or managed by Redwing Living. To provide flexibility to leaseholders a bronze, silver and gold level service specification has been included. The estimated contract value is approximately 23 500 GBP per annum. The Regenda Group have appointed an experienced service provider for the provision of dwelling cleans, garden cleans, environmental cleans, external clearance and disposal of rubbish across all properties owned/managed by Regenda. The estimated contract value is approximately 40 000 GBP per annum. The Regenda Group have appointed an experienced service provider for the provision of pest control services including but not limited to removal/eradication of wasp’s nests, rodents and lice/ants across all properties owned/managed by Regenda. The estimated contract value is approximately 50 000 GBP per annum.
