Care at Home and/or Housing Support Service within a Supported Living Model

Tender description

Renfrewshire Council is seeking to negotiate with current providers who deliver a care at home and/or housing support service within a supported living model in Renfrewshire. The scope of services to be provided under the advertised arrangement falls within the definition of social and other specific services in Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (“the Regulations") and therefore the procurement process shall be subject to the requirements of section 7 of the Regulations. Any application of or reference to other Regulations unless clearly identified is not to be implied and should not be construed as applying any of them to the exercise or bringing any of them into force. Tenderers are asked to note that Regulation 75(2) of the Regulations applies to this exercise. Accordingly, this service will be awarded to parties already identified using a form of the negotiated procedure developed in accordance with Regulation 76(8) of the Regulations. Lot 1: Renfrewshire Council is seeking to negotiate with providers who currently deliver a care at home and/or housing support service within a supported living model in Renfrewshire. The service will be delivered to the service user groups as detailed within the invitation to tender documentation. Providers who do not currently deliver a care at home and/or housing support service within a supported living model in Renfrewshire may contact the Council to express their interest in delivering this Service. However, the Council cannot guarantee any business or capital investment in the service therefore those who express an interest would be expected to provide a complete service.
