Arun District Council - Asbestos Management Survey Contract - AWARD

Tender description

Arun District Council is inviting organisations to tender for its Asbestos Management Survey Contract to carry out asbestos surveys in Council owned and occupied buildings. Arun District Council is undertaking a review of its asset portfolio. Part of the assessment is to survey each property for the presents or likelihood of materials containing asbestos. This project seeks to carry out Asbestos Management Surveys of each listed property to enable the Council to plan and manage the risks involved. The council has allowed 18 weeks to carry out the surveys and to collate all the information required within the contract. The Council requires the tendering contractor to include in their full reports CAD (.dwg files) floor plans of each property and a CSV Excel file for later use by the Council.
