Tender description
Lahinch Sea World and Leisure Centre (the “Authority”) now wish to appoint a design team for extension and refurbishment works at Lahinch Sea World and Leisure Centre. The following design team services are required: Lot 1: Integrated Design Team; Lot 2: Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor. Consultants for Lot 1 must include as part of their Application the following principal services: 1) Lead designer; 2) Architect; 3) Civil/Structural engineer; 4) Mechanical and electrical engineer; 5) Renewable technologies and NZEB consultant; 6) PSDP.
