This procurement is for project management/lead consultant/design team services for the construction of a new council office headquarters. This procurement is for project management/lead consultant/design team services for the construction of a new council office headquarters. The PM/lead consultant will be responsible for forming a design team to take the design from a scoping exercise including liaison with the client and other stakeholders, to then taking the design of the building to the end of RIBA stage 3, when a single stage design and build contract will be let for the final specification and construction of the office. The project manager/lead consultant will end to end manage the project for the client, including managing the design and build contractor and soft landing the building, and including retaining the design team to provide technical advice to the council.
