You are invited to submit a fee proposal in respect of a fully integrated design team services for a development of social housing at Railway Terrace, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath for Westmeath County Council. The subject site is located on the Clonmore Road in Mullingar. The site measures circa 1,45 hectares (3,58 acres). There are 2 protected structures on the site, a dilapidated 2 storey residential terrace and an engine shed to the rear. Both structures are of masonry construction. The proposed development will include bring the existing terrace, which is included in the record of protected structure back into use.
