This commission is for a professional service comprising of building surveyor, quantity surveyor, electrical engineer, clerk of works/inspectorate, structural engineer and CDM-coordinator/principal designer consultancy services as required to deliver comprehensive surveys, proposals and reports which will provide an agreed solution for the repair/replacement of the Decramastic roof tile system on 144 No. dwellings in South and East Belfast. To meet security requirements and current building regulations.
