Appliance Bay Floor Renewals (various sites)

Tender description

The project consists of the renewal of Appliance Bay floor coverings with a new anti-slip flooring system at five sites. The proposed works include but are not limited to the following items of work:- 1. Remove and dispose of existing floor finishes 2. Remove and dispose of existing upstands or heater plinths 3. Make good disturbance to building fabric to a good standard 4. Make good to floor levels, including any levelling required 5. Install a new anti-slip coating to appliance bay floor as specified. 6. Where identified install drainage The works are internal and located on the ground floors, in the appliance bays.
